Returns Policy & Procedure

What is your policy on returns?

Currently we can only take returns on items that have clear manufacturing defects. If you think this is the case, please follow the directions below under our Returns Procedure section. Our Customer Service team will contact you in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

What if I have received a damaged product?

If you product is damaged in any way, please know that we are very sorry to hear this. Our quality assurance process includes extensive checks during manufacturing and before shipment, in order to drastically reduce the chances that you will get a defective or damaged item. But if your product still has any damages at the time of delivery, we will fix or replace it with a new one. Simply follow the instructions under the Returns Procedure section below.

How does your returns procedure work?

If you product is damaged or defective in anyway, please follow the following returns procedure:

BEFORE YOU ACCEPT DELIVERY:

Our delivery process is designed to do a final check for damages on your behalf, and we encourage you to sit back and enjoy our hands-off delivery service. However please make sure to confirm that there are no surface defects before you sign off on the delivery. If you do find any issues, please notify our delivery manager right away. Once you sign off on delivery, we will assume that the products were delivered to you without any surface damage.

AFTER YOU ACCEPT DELIVERY:

Once you have signed off on the delivery and our delivery personnel have left your premises, you still have a two year manufacturing warranty on the frame of your item. This means that we will repair or replace any structural or manufacturing defects for a two year period.

If you notice any structural defects during this time, please take pictures and write down as much detail as possible. Contact our Customer Service team right away so that we can assess the defect. If we determine that there is a structural defect, we will work with you to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Please note that as per our Terms and Conditions, you agree that in all cases Styleashram.com will make the final judgment on whether an item has a manufacturing defect of any kind.

What about warranty?

Styleashram.com works closely with manufacturers to make sure that your items are perfect in every way. In the rare case that there are any issues, we provide you with a two year warranty on the sofa frame, where we will repair or replace manufacturing defects. The two year warranty starts from the date of shipping. Warranty does not cover damages due to product usage beyond its intended use. What if I just want to cancel my order?

In order to give you the lowest prices on such high quality furniture, we only manufacture items that you have ordered. For this reason, we cannot offer exchanges or cancellations of any kind at this time.
